My mixed-culture Dinner.
Ingredients: Steamed Jasmine Rice, Pork mince, tomato sauce for spaghetty, morazella & onion.
How did I do it?
– Defrost the pork mince for 3 minutes by Microwave (If you do not want to use Microwave, you can defrost it by the room temperature but have to wait for a long time)
– Cook the onion (which is in small slices), wait until they all turn into yellow color. Then put the pork mince in, keep stirring until the pork mince turns yellow. Add tomato sauce as much as you want. A little bit of salt. Final step is adding morazella.
